Vinyasa connects different yoga poses and smoothly flows them together from one posture to the next, using breath.
Vinyasa activates your cardio and stamina, as the body flows and moves through the
postures. The effect is very similar to many western fitness exercises like running or
aerobics or even circuit training. The heat and sweating will detoxify the body and you will feel refreshed after the class.
It is practised in a heated room of approximately 36-39 degrees. This class is suitable for all levels from Beginners to Advanced.
