Hot Barre

Hot Barre Class is a mash-up of endurance, strength, and interval training all in the hot room we have come to love. This low impact, medium to high intensity workout set to music includes stretching, upper-body exercises using light free weights, plank work, interval training, and dance inspired exercises.

About this experience

Hot Barre is an exciting class mixing it up with Ballet, Pilates & Yoga postures. 60 minutes of thing-toning Ballet moves, glute strengthening Yoga poses & stomach tightening Pilates moves, with music to keep you moving!


The class is conducted in a heated room of approximately 34-36 degrees with a humidity of 40%. This class is suitable for both men and women at all levels of fitness. Hot Barre will compliment your yoga practice and take it to another level. Pulse it out and Burn!
