Are you wanting to take your practice beyond the Beginners 26 + 2? Then this is the class for you.

The Intermediate class is a combination of the Beginners class with a special selection from Traditional 84 Yoga Asana. The class runs for 90 minutes, conducted in a room heated to approximately 37-40 degrees with a humidity of 40%. Making it easy for the body to warm up and move freely.

You will notice that you build strength and flexibility very quickly in this class. Practice to your own ability and watch yourself evolve. Please talk to one of our experienced teachers if you would like more information on what the class involves.
