We are very excited to add Sports Yoga to our schedule in 2021.
Our teachers Robbie & Anna went to train in this style of Yoga with the amazing Amrei Marden a former Australian Yoga Champion.
Sports Yoga is a blend of Beginners Bikram Yoga with Yoga Drills, creating a great endurance for the body. It is a fun an active class conducted in the hot room.
Targeted exercise to build strength and flexibility fast! The Yoga Drill will refine & build further knowledge of yoga postures.
