Hot Barre.... Each Tuesday 9:30am.

Hot Barre is an exciting class mixing it up with Ballet, Pilates & stretches. 60 minutes of thigh-toning Ballet moves, glute strengthening & stomach tightening Pilates moves, with funky music to keep you moving!  The class is conducted in a heated room of approximately 34-36 degrees with a humidity of 40%. This class is suitable for both men and women of all levels of fitness. Hot Barre will compliment your yoga practice and take it to another level. Pulse it out & Burn!
