Vinyasa connects different yoga poses and smoothly flows them together from one posture to the next using breath.
Vinyasa activates your cardio and stamina as the body flows and moves through the postures. The effect is very similar to many western exercises like running or aerobics or even circuit training. The heat and sweating will detoxify the body and yoy will feel refreshed after class.
You will work on your strength, flexibility, concentration & breath work.
It is practiced in a heated room of 36-39 degrees. Suitable for all levels, take this practice at your own pace.
