Bikram Yoga Beginners
Very beginner friendly and great for all levels too. This class is a detoxification of the body. It increases flexibility, strength and endurance. Fantastic workout for your whole body & your mind.
Bikram Yoga Intermediate
This is a dynamic class suited for beginners and experienced students alike, with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath flow and precise movement intended to increase your endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration.
Hot Barre Class is a mash-up of endurance, strength, and interval training all in the hot room we have come to love. This low impact, medium to high intensity workout set to music includes stretching, upper-body exercises including plank work, interval training, and dance inspired exercises. A fabulous blend of Yoga, Barre & Pilates.
This is a High intensity (low impact) class. It is a fun, challenging class that keeps your heart rate up and your body moving. In this class you will burn hundreds of calories. The Pilate’s exercises in this class strengthen, tone and sculpt your entire body, with an emphasis on building core strength.

Vin Yin is a beautiful marriage between the Yang of the Vinyasa Yoga and the receptive Ying of Vin Yoga.
The first half of the class is a Vinyasa Flow. Followed by a relaxing Yin, targeting both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
Enjoy a 15 minute Sound Healing with Tibetan Sound Bowls, this will relax you into a meditative state.
Vin Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of fitness.
