Bikram Yoga Beginners
Beginner friendly and great for all levels. This class is a detoxification of the body, it increases flexibility, strength and endurance. Fantastic workout for your whole body & your mind.
Bikram Yoga Intermediate
This is a dynamic class with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath flow and precise movement intended to increase your endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration.
High intensity (low impact) fun but challenging class that keeps your heart rate up and your body moving. In this class you will burn hundreds of calories while strengthening, toning and sculpting your entire body.
Create lean muscle, burn fat fast, strenghten your core & improve circulation.
Vin Yin Yoga
The first half of the class is a Vinyasa Flow, followed by a relaxing Yin, targeting both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
The class also includes a Tibetan Sound Bowl healing, this will relax you into a meditative state.
Vin Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of fitness. Heater are not on in this class.

Yin Yoga is a relaxed style of yoga that stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
Yin Yoga can also help with anxiety and can release toxins from the body.
The practice is suitable for beginners. This is a non-heated yoga class.
Ashtanga Yoga - New Class
New Class!! 5:45am Friday's - 75 minutes.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that honours the source and tradition of Yoga.
The philosophy of this Ashtanga Yoga dates back to the 4th Century, and is embedded within this wonderful practice.
This is a non heated class.
Yoga Sports - New Class
Sunday's 9:00am - 90 minutes
Special Class Wed 14th April - 5:30pm - 90 minutes
A fun and active class.
Targeted exercises to build strength & flexibility.
Includes a selection of Beginners Bikram Postures incorporating Yoga Drills to refine and build further knowledge of postures.

The class includes a kriya (set of postures with mantra, mudra, postures, breath work and body locks), relaxation and meditation.
This class is suitable for beginners & expecting mothers.
This is a non heated Yoga class.

Hot Barre Class is a mash-up of endurance, strength, and interval training all in the hot room we have come to love. This low impact, medium to high intensity workout set to music includes stretching, upper-body exercises including plank work, interval training, and dance inspired exercises. A fabulous blend of Yoga, Barre & Pilates.
Vinyasa Flow with Miran
Monday 7:30am - 60 minutes
This class is a very unique class. It is spoken in both English & Korean.
Vinyasa activates your cardio and stamina, as the body flows and moves through the postures. The effect is very similar to many western fitness exercises like running or aerobics or even circuit training. You will gain strength & flexibility from this class.
