Bikram Yoga Beginners
Beginner friendly and great for all levels. This class is a detoxification of the body, it increases flexibility, strength and endurance. Fantastic workout for your whole body & your mind.
Bikram Yoga Intermediate
This is a dynamic class with an emphasis on proper alignment, breath flow and precise movement intended to increase your endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration.
High intensity (low impact) fun but challenging class that keeps your heart rate up and your body moving. In this class you will burn hundreds of calories while strengthening, toning and sculpting your entire body.
Create lean muscle, burn fat fast, strenghten your core & improve circulation.
Vinyasa connects different yoga poses and smoothly flows them together from one posture to the next, using breath.
Vinyasa activates your cardio and stamina as the body flows and moves through the postures.
Suitable for all levels, take this practice at your own pace.
Vin Yin Yoga
The first half of the class is a Vinyasa Flow, followed by a relaxing Yin, targeting both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
The class also includes a Tibetan Sound Bowl healing, this will relax you into a meditative state.
Vin Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels of fitness. Heater are not on in this class.

Yin Yoga is a relaxed style of yoga that stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
Yin Yoga can also help with anxiety and can release toxins from the body.
The practice is suitable for beginners. This is a non-heated yoga class.

Hot Barre is an exciting class mixing it up with Ballet, Pilates & stretches.
60 minutes of thigh-toning Ballet moves, glute strengthening poses & stomach tightening Pilates moves, with music to keep you moving!
The class is conducted in a heated room of approximately 34-36 degrees with a humidity of 40%.
This class is suitable for both men and women of all levels of fitness. Hot Barre will compliment your yoga practice and take it to another level. Pulse it out and Burn!!!

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness – through a series of breath work, mantra, posture, mudra and body locks the intention is to arouse the Kundalini energy and raise it up through our energy centres activating this radiant energy.
The class includes a kriya (set of postures with mantra, mudra, postures, breath work and body locks), relaxation and meditation.
This class is suitable for beginners & expecting mothers.
This is a non heated Yoga class.

A fun and active class.
Targeted exercises to build strength & flexibility.
Includes a selection of Beginners Bikram Postures incorporating Yoga Drills to refine and build further knowledge of postures.
Next Class - Friday 4th February 2022 5:30pm
The class will be a gentle session beginning with a short explanation of the benefits of breathwork.
Followed by the breathwork and finished with a meditation and the opportunity to share your experience in a circle at the end.
Breathwork & Sound Healing
Next Class - Early 2022.
Join us for an afternoon of relaxing Breathwork and Sound Healing.
This class is a great introduction to breathwork and will allow students to experience the benefits such as detoxification of the body, calmness of mind, clarity and more energy, however
everyone's experience through breathwork is very different and each person will get exactly what they need in that moment.
We will then go into a Sound Healing which can help clear energetic blockages within the body and thus facilitate healing on a physical and spiritual level.
Our Sound Healer uses vibrations to heal, for example the Tibetan singing bowls, tuning folks, guitar and the magical didgeridoo.
This truly is a magical and spiritual event you can’t afford to miss.
Join us for a light snack after class.
