Class Schedule

FIRST TIME STUDENTS PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS TO REGISTER. PLEASE BOOK BY DOWNLOADING THE FREE MIND BODY APP TO YOUR DEVICE. Due to Covid-19 Restrictions we are limited to 19 Students in each class until 10th July. Please don’t forget your yoga mat and towel! Mats to purchase are available from $28.

Bikram Yoga is Beginners Yoga and is suitable for all levels of fitness. Chose from 70 or 90 minute classes. PLUS!!! We are also very excited to announce we now have Inferno Pilates and Hot Barre on our Schedule, these classes are 60 minute classes!!

SPECIAL EVENT: Yin and Sound Healing Sat 11th July. Join us for a magical afternoon.

Sound Healing is all about Self Care. It can help clear energetic blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and spiritual level. Sound Healing uses vibrations for example Tibetan singing bowls, tuning folks, guitar and the didgeridoo. Don’t miss this truly spiritual event. 

MONTHLY SPECIAL EVENT: Kundalini is held on the last Friday of each month.
