FIRST TIME STUDENTS PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR CLASS TO REGISTER. THERE IS NO NEED TO BOOK.

Bikram Yoga is Beginners Yoga and is suitable for all levels of fitness. Chose from 75 minute or 90 minute classes.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness through a series of breathing, mantra, posture, mudra and body locks.  This awakens the 7 Charkas. The purpose is to transform yourself and we transform the world. We would love to have you on the mat.

PROGRESSIVE YOGA WORKSHOP WITH AMREI MARDENSaturday 7th March 2020 from 8am to 11am including morning tea. Early Bird Special only $45.00. (Book before 1st March) This class is taught in reduced heat – individual corrections – demonstrations – refinement of your postures to receive maximum benefits.

Amrei is a former yoga champion, she has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2001 and has taught over 6,000 classes across Europe, America, Asia and Australia. She is a master, considered an authority in the Bikram Yoga World. MARK THIS DATE ON YOUR CALENDER!! Amrei will also be teaching Master Classes for FREE (included in your membership) Mon 2nd and Tues 3rd March at 5:30pm.
